We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Refunds will start once we get the original package back (a return label will be sent to you upon request). Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Partial refunds deemed applicable by Elevate Nutrition
- Your order contains delayed item(s) past the shipping time frame.
