Teriyaki Tofu Flatbread Pizza

Are you looking for a delicious vegan style pizza that’s macro friendly? If so, look no further! Our Teriyaki Tofu Flatbread Pizza recipe is dairy-free and packed with muscle building plant proteins!

Ingredients

  • 1 Flatout Artisan Thin Pizza Crust
  • 6 oz baked tofu
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/4 cup Daiya Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tbl of 365 Teriyaki Sauce
  • Garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, pepper

Preparation:

Part 1:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Take a block of tofu and slice it up into small/medium blocks and place on sheet pan.
  • Sprinkle sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder over tofu.
  • Place tofu in oven for 15-20 minutes until fully baked.

Part 2:

  • Chop up 1 cup of kale.
  • Place kale on stove top and stir-fry with light olive oil, and sea salt.

Part 3:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place 1 Flatout Artisan Thin Pizza Crust on sheet pan.
  • Take previously baked tofu blocks and place on top of Flatout Artisan Thin Pizza Crust (spread evenly)
  • Place 1 cup of previously cooked kale on top of the tofu.
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons of 365 Teriyaki Sauce over baked tofu and cooked kale.
  • Spread 1/4 cup of Daiya Mozzarella Cheese over the Flatout Artisan Thin Pizza Crust.
  • Place Flatout Artisan Thin Pizza Crust in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
