Acai is an ingredient that’s taken the bowl world by storm. Although it’s originally a berry, acai is often used as a powder or puree, which means that it’s often a smoothie-like consistency for its bowl base.
You can pay a lot for bowls, but you can use acai as an ingredient to make your own—in fact, the DIY route is pretty easy.
