Energize and replenish yourself with this Cold Brew Protein Smoothie recipe.
Our Cold Brew Protein Smoothie is a refreshing smoothie that will also give you an extra (and usually much-needed) “pick-me-up”. This protein shake is ideal for either a pre or post workout meal.
This easy protein smoothie recipe combines cold brew, dates, bananas, and of course Elevate’s Plant-Based Protein…. And the best part, is it’s a super delicious!
Start blending and get that pep in your step back!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold brew
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 6 dates
- 1 scoop elevate chocolate protein
- Handful ice
Instructions:
- Mix almond milk, Elevate Chocolate Brownie Protein Powder, dates, frozen banana, and ice into blender
- Blend until desired texture
- Poor into glass
