Energize and replenish yourself with this Cold Brew Protein Smoothie recipe.

Our Cold Brew Protein Smoothie is a refreshing smoothie that will also give you an extra (and usually much-needed) “pick-me-up”. This protein shake is ideal for either a pre or post workout meal.

This easy protein smoothie recipe combines cold brew, dates, bananas, and of course Elevate’s Plant-Based Protein…. And the best part, is it’s a super delicious!

Cold Brew Smoothie - Elevate Nutrition

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold brew
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6 dates
  • 1 scoop elevate chocolate protein
  • Handful ice

 

Instructions: 

  1. Mix almond milk, Elevate Chocolate Brownie Protein Powder, dates, frozen banana, and ice into blender
  2. Blend until desired texture
  3. Poor into glass
