These secretly-good-for-you chocolate workout brownies are high in protein, gluten-free, oil-free, plant-based, and have NO added sugar.

Ingredients:

 

 

Instructions: 

  1. Set oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Mix ingredients in bowl until a brownie batter-like texture
  3. Pour brownie batter into 10×8 baking pan (spray pan with light oil first)
  4. Place in oven for 25 minutes
  5. Take out of oven and let sit for 20 minutes
  6. Place pan in refrigerator for 4+ hours
  7. Slice up into about 24 brownie pieces
